Again this year with the help of God and with the organization of the Commission for Work with Youth, we gathered together to rejoice and to celebrate welcoming the New Year.

This time, our place of gathering was in the village Murtino.  We gathered at 8:00 p.m. from most of our congregations across the country.  The evening passed in a wonderful atmosphere of the songs, worship, discussion, fellowship and games.  We set aside special time for the theme of this year's gathering, entitled "New Beginning".  We talked about our weaknesses and bad sides, characteristics which we must reject from our life so we can live as true followers of Jesus and to shape our character according to Jesus. We saw the New Year in with prayer, which personified our contact with God.

We played games, and we were glad to give thanks to God that we were able to worship together. But one day was not enough for us.  So like last year, this time we also gathered the next day, eager for friendship and fun.

It is truly a wonderful experience that our relationships have become stronger.  I thank God for such a possibility, with the hope of gathering together again soon.
